Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at the moment. If you need a different item, you can return your original purchase and place a new order. Most items are eligible for returns and refunds within 30 days of the purchase date, with the following exceptions: Items That Cannot Be Returned: Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene stickers removed. Grocery and food products. Health and personal care items. Some free gifts. Customized products. Certain underwear orders.For most electronic products, the return window is 30 days from the purchase date, depending on the provider.
Log into your account: Go to the Zanoiu website and log in to your account. Find the order: Locate the relevant order under 'Your Orders' and click 'Return/Refund.' Confirm receipt: Confirm that you have received the package. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. If applicable, upload photos and comments to explain further. Submit your return: Confirm your return information and click 'Next.' You will have the option to receive your refund as Zanoiu credit balance or to your original payment method. Choose your preferred option and click 'Submit.' Prepare your package: If a return is required, you will be provided with a return label. Print and tape the label to the outside of your package. Mail the package at your nearest DHL or Hermes location. Return shipping costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Ensure the package is securely packed and arrives safely at our return address. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
At Zanoiu, your purchases are protected under the Zanoiu Purchase Protection Program. If an item arrives damaged or does not match the description, you may be eligible for a refund. Steps to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Item: Log into your account. Navigate to 'Your Orders' and click 'Return/Refund' for the relevant order. Select the reason for the return and provide photos or comments if necessary. Confirm your return details and submit your request. If required, send the item back using the return method provided. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and verified. Please note that the refunded amount may not include sales taxes, shipping fees, or discounts applied to the order.
Refunds can be issued as Zanoiu credit or to your original payment method. Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging.
